The Iron pour at The Bullpen Foundry enabled me to make my first steps into this wonderful world of sand cast metal. The friendly and supportive environment allowed me as a beginner to experience a process that has transformed my artistic practice as well as my aims and self-belief. Not only was the event incredibly well planned, but also the tireless dedication and enthusiasm of the Jacobs family made the Bullpen’s first Iron Pour a success that travels far beyond its practical achievements.
