Community Projects
The local community makes up the majority of The Bullpen's regular visitors. People are intrigued by the workshops run for artists, the sculpture on show in the gallery, the mould-making and casting in iron and bronze in the foundry, visiting artists and the wealth of projects going on. Visitors are always welcome to make an appointment to see the artists working in the studios, to look round the gallery and workshop, and to talk to artists working on projects.
Community workshops are devised and, where possible, funded - keeping the cost to visitors as low as possible. We want contemporary art and sculpture to be accessible to everyone. Please contact us to find out how you can get creatively involved in our current and upcoming projects!

What they say about The Bullpen:

I feel the Bullpen provides a unique environment, and a refreshing attitude to contemporary arts in a rural location, providing opportunities to practicing artists and community groups alike. Its exhibition and workshop spaces provide a well-needed facility, and location enables both local community and people travelling further access.
